Day 57 - Thursday (the beginnings of a window seat)

Not much has happened this week. In fact, we haven't seen Shane for days. I was beginning to worry that I'd offended him somehow . . . (you know, I'm pretty edgy, what with my diet coke habit and all)

But today, we have the beginnings of a window seat! It's fun watching Shane work with wood. You can tell that he used to make cabinets. He measures and cuts and places wood with almost a loving hand - kind of like I do with scrapbook paper! He really does good work.

Kinda looks like a coffin at this point, doesn't it?
